RESOLUTION #1: TSA RULES

Once a nation have entered the region, a
message will be sent to the mandatary giving him one week to sign on
the forum, if he doesn't the nation will be kicked from the region.
As the WA have a delegate, TSA will have a delegate too, elected in the
forum every month, having one week to cast the votes and taking his
duty the first day of the month.
Every votation will only take the votes of the nations who are active
in the forum (if we have 10 nations in the region but only 6 are active
in the forum, a votation will need 4 votes to have a winner).

As Admin of this site I will add one more rule to this resolution.

All proposals made by the nations have to have a descriptive name so we can diference one of each other.
